reformating partitioning help ---computers wizards
Well I did this once today but I just checked my hard drive space and I have like a 2gig harddrive when it is actually a 12g hard drive. What the hell did I do wrong?
Pop in start up disk, boot to A: then fdisk delete partition, then create partition, hmm reboot to a: format c: , reboot with cd-rom support d: setup. Thats pretty much how it went, what did I do wrong? Maybe do you format c: then delete partition? |

first fdisk make the partition, then format, or use diskmanager to do all the nasty work automatically.
|
What if there is already a partition? delete it then create a new one then format? I did it that way but my 12g harddrive turned into a 2g
