A Message From Chris Mallick
To clear the air, some basic facts:
1. The rumors that I quit as CEO are not true. I did not quit my job as CEO of Paycom. 2. It is true, however, that I am no longer the CEO of Paycom and I have not been the CEO since February 11th. 3. I continue to own my shares in Paycom; nothing has changed whatsoever as to my ownership percentage, nothing. 4. It is not possible to reach me through Paycom email or on my old cell phone number. Those have changed. If you want my number and / or email, please reply to this post and I will contact you ASAP. 5. If you have received a reply from me at Paycom or ePassporte since February 11th at 5PM PST, the reply did not come from me. I would like to know if you have any such email reply. The same is true for my cell phone voice or text messages; I have not had those since the 11th either. 6. I am not leaving the credit card issuing or processing industry in any way, shape or form. 7. It is not proper for me to say anything more at this point, but I will, soon. Any of you that know me, know that I will give you cold, hard, reliable and accurate facts, but only when appropriate. I feel like one of my strengths is communication. I believe in it whole-heartedly and that won?t change. So you will be hearing from me soon as to this event and as to my plans for the future. I hope that when those plans are announced you will be happy and excited for me and about the prospects they will bring. Well, not everyone will be happy or excited?. I will be happy to post replies to the extent that I can, but until I can say more that is meaningful, please understand that I may not reply. One last, important thing: To most the incredible Team at Paycom? What we did together, over the past 5 years was amazing. I was and am proud of you as friends, employees and teammates. To most of you that I met while at Paycom and to those that I brought with me to Paycom, you remain my friends. I hope and trust that if a call comes to you from me, you will take it and we can have a drink together. I?ll be offline for a few hours, then back around to answer posts. Be well.... C |

that's heavy. |
Was not spreading rumors, just saying what I saw. Good Luck Chris

ALso, what is this about people hijaaking your e-mail?
Is this is a seirous issue? I would believe so, especially considering you are in a seat of power. A serious internal issue... |
OK, I am hearing the other partners in Paycom were unhappy with the way Chris Mallick was spending money. The private jet. The girls, the porn stars, the hookers. The bodyguards. The private suites. The expensive lifestyle maintained by Paycom money (not implying that everything before this sentence was paid for by Paycom, just there was a perception that Chris was living high and his partners resented it). www.lukeisback.com

1. Never heard of that and I doubt it. 2. More later, but I don't have to be CEO to be an owner. 3. No. Thanks, C |
Chris,
It's been a true pleasure working with you and watching the way you work with others. I hope that our respective paths will allow us future opportunities to work together again. Regards and Best of Luck! j-(ack Mardack) 222141571 |
Im not sure how that clears the air.....
I was nervous before, now Im worried AND extremely confused. |
Also, why did you change your phone number and e-mail address?
Ok, let me get this straight. 1. You did not "quit" as CEO. But you are no longer CEO as of a week ago. 2. You changed your phone number and email address? WHY? The last time I changed my phone number was to avoid getting certain calls that i was escaping from. 3. People are responding to your e-mails without your permission? 4. You cannot tell us more? Your largest community of supporters are here, including me, and we need answers. Only you can put out this rumor... |
i've always liked chris.

In reponse to the payments, you said, "No." Your first response does not give me confidence. YOur answer, and probably the most important, gives me confidence. I think you know something we don't know... |

Hey, I am just questioning the facts because this directly affects my bank account. If you were using Paycom to bill, then you would be as equally concerned. |
Chris, I hope everything works out and I wish you the best in all of your future endeavors. Hope to see you again soon!

I'm glad you posted this message.

Sometimes divulging information in these circumstances can lead to lawsuits, so if he says he can't tell us everything right now, then that means that he can't tell us. |

You need a bigger stick for all the shit you're trying to stir today. Paycom is fine, Chris is fine, they've both told you that you're going to get your money and that the rest is business between them, not the rest of us. |
Best of Luck Chris

You really have no clue as to how businesses operate, do you? When an employee ceases to be employed, the company property is returned. This includes email correspondance, cell phones, client lists etc... If you were to work in an office and be dismissed, you'd be fortunate to be allowed to clean out your office. Generally you would be escorted out the door and your personal belongings sent to you. |
Just wanted to wish you the best of luck on your future endeavours Chris. You made Epoch a strong and solid company and I know the next businesses you take on will share in a similiar success. Good luck.
