Urgent - being attacked by image hacker
As I type someone somewhere is hitting my server with requests of around 6,000 requests per second for images. Anyone know of an effective configuration to block any outside pulling of my images?
Thanks. |

Thanks Cyberpunk. That message earlier saved the day. At it's peak, my site was being hit at a rate that would have seen over 6,000,000+ hits today to image files. Hard on the pocketbook.

Damn, where can I submit my gallery so that it will be seen 6 million times a day?

6K per second? sure you got that right?

Maybe next time that happens you should post on here and see if anyone wants to buy the traffic ;-) Glad to hear that fixed your problem..
