US taxes and non-US sponsors
Having always made almost all of my income on US sponsors, I've never really looked into this.
When an American lives abroad they are still taxed by the IRS on worldwide income, but the first $75,000 is exempt. Can this ever come into play for American's being paid by foreign programs, or must you physically work outside the US? |
