    My first ever porn site is finished!

          After the enter page, you need actual gallery listings. Don't go into just that single gallery.

                                                                              Actually I dont think its that bad, there some easy improvments you could make without more design skills or money needed.

                                                                              After the main enter page, offer two galleries most link lists etc will except these type of sites with a couple of galleries.

                                                                              Change the copy a little, especially on a free host you need good copy as you are competing with their own text. They have phrases like "Click Here for loads of Sex Pictures and Videos" and you have "Sign up right now to ....." As a surfer the free hosts proposition is far more atractive

                                                                              Improve the main picture quality. Take full advantage of being on the free host, you are not paying the bandwith & make the pictures as good as they can be.

                                                                              Definatly a good first try

                                                                                      Try revsharehosting.com instead, and buy a domain as soon as possible. Read the rules of the link lists you plan to submit the site to, and make the site conform. I'd say it's a good first try.
