Going to be sending him some dinero... wanna make sure its all kosher... any horror stories? Seems like a stand up, hugely successful guy but I still wanna know whats up. Your feedback is appreciated.

Yes. I was at Rick's house today.

He's the kind of guy you can shake hands with and have a solid deal and do the contract later.

We've done business together for several years and I'm partnered with him on developing out the major domains.

I've never done business with him... but have heard nothing but good about him. heard he really knows his shit and he's made a lot of money.

Rick is solid, many deals with no contracts. Not 1 problem. I have no postcount but NEVER let that fool you :winkwink:

I at least can vouch for when he was paying me and many others 50.00 for every good domain name we could find that was available for him to register. That was a while ago though.

A guy before Rick paid $5,000 for it. A week or two later Rick bought it from the guy for a bit over $40K.

The funny part the guy that sold it to Rick right after was probably jumping up and down thinking he just made a killing.

Little did he know the future value of what he sold . . . .
