i hate shit like this....leaves almost 80% of the affiliate population out....all it takes is one person that can drive a shit ton of traffic a programs way to win....and if they already made the sales they can afford the prize easily....so, basically you are rewarding a rich mother fucker with some cheesy prize

raffle type contests are the way to go...that way everyone has a chance and no one is left out

or even this...tally up all sales by all affiliates in that time period...and pick some random #'s....and the person that hit those #'s in sales gets the prizes....i.e...the #'s are 1, 15 and 45.....so the #1 top selling affiliate gets something, the 15th top affiliate gets something and the 45th top affiliate gets something.....

that way it is fair for everyone...

don't take it wrong, i am not saying your prizes are cheesy.....but if you are rewarding the top seller with an xbox or ipod then that is pretty cheesy, cause they probably are top sellers on another program too, and already have those prizes
