pregnancy excercises?

My gf is passed the sick phase and, even though sore, she is getting more energy. So she's looking for some excercises she can do but we didn't want to just get any old video we find.

So can you guys/gals recommend anything that you've found to be good??

If you have one that you don't need anymore, I'd gladly buy it off you too.
