Legality of this E-Bay listing?

The guy has in small print that the DVD's are a bonus and whats really for sale is a Baseball card. He is obviously trying to avoid copyright laws with the DVD's by "giving them away for free" with the purchase of a baseball card.

Nope, eBay will shut it down if they catch it.

eBay has rules about pirated material. It's equally as bad to give away bootlegs as it is to sell it. Besides that, real people go through those listings and the seller's intentions are 100% obvious. eBay is allowed to remove any listings deemed unfit.

He actually has one positive and one negative feedback, scammer for sure...

There is SO much bootlegging going on Ebay, its a wonder they catch it, I see DVD's of the charmed series sold all the time before the first season was released a couple of weeks ago..and the auctions made it all 5 days.

illegal, same thing as lotteries, theyre illegal here in holland BUT if you have ppl do a phrase like I LIKE BLA BLA BLA BECAUSE... then its legal :) but this guy will get kicked im sure
