Looking for a certain management script or a programmer
 

I need a script similar to a TGP. I want to be able to put gallery links in a txt file and the program to automatically update the gallery links on the site daily, thumbs as well, on multiple pages.

Also to be sure the same links do not show up more then once in a given month. I have thousands of gallery links to use. The script needs to run as fast as possible. Probably programmed in C.
