Contact the abuse dept with the headers.
Also, visit the site to find:
- who hosting it ( contact them with the headers)
- who is processing the credit cards ( try to complain to them also)
Contact his registrar and complain about spam. If you are persistent, it will cease by one of thre above.
I had yesterday every seconds spam from cheap-oem.com.
I haven't got one since yesterday 5:00 PM.....
BTW, don't be afraid to threaten the host with DDOS and Mailbomber... If you do so, they have toi unplug the machine from the backbone, making 100's of clients pisssed at them. Works every fucking time...
