wow these sites get low traffic. I wonder why some webmasters say gay galleries make money if there arent many surfers looking at them?

Remeber these tgp's are very targeted, they only deal with gay content and that's why they haven't got very high traffic.
You should of course also submit to all the regular tgp's, most of them takes gay galleries.
