2 sentences of 12-15 to run concurrently,
2-10 year probations to run concurrently afterwards

At least 8 years must be served.

Part of his parole condition (in addition to being a registered sex offender and undergoing treatment after release from prison) is that he will not be allowed any contact with anyone under 16.

remember the last guy that got prison for rape got beat to death.

If they put him in the general population, then he will know how it feels to abuse people.
