domain transfer/blocking problem?

I am facing a bad problem with 2 of my domains that I want to move to a different server. I am unable to modify settings or remove the block on the domain. Tuscows is always giving me an error message about missing authorization and I should contact the reseller.
I have contacted the reseller, datapipe.com several times, but they do nothing. They don't even reply to my emails.

Anybody can give me a suggestion on what to do?

Datapipe must set your domains welcomed on the server, otherwise you will be having problems transferring domain names. Secondly, if your new server is not answering emails for very important matters, why stick with them? It's your business pending and you're losing money every minute your domains are down.

I suggest you shift hosts, lots of hosts around to cover you on that matter. Or just bump me for in-depth solution when it comes to transferring / moving, setting up etc. etc.

I sell servers / virtual host.

I am with a new host for years. But I purchased the domains thru datapipe and they put a lock on the domain. I don't owe them a cent, but I can not change anything in the domain settings unless they release the lock. I am stuck ... I contacted the registrar already, but no reply, yet.

Did you even read the post? Or do you just want to spam another shitty virtual hosting plan to someone.

The problem is with his register not his host.

Some questions ... whats the domain name and is it registered in your name.

If it is then you can contact opensrs directly to fix the problem because datapipe resells through opensrs.

If it's not registered to you then you have a real problem and your host fucked you at that point I would register a new domain and move on. Chalk it up as a learning expierience and only register your own domains iin the future.

Of course I red your kind reply and I know it has nothing to do with the host. I am not hosting the domain at the moment. It is in my name and I can login to opensrs domain management without problem. However I can not remove the lock on the domain to make dns changes or to transfer it to a new reseller. When trying to make changes opensrs refers me to the company that initially resold for them to lift the lock. And that is datapipe.com.
But I am curios, what you can find out, my domain is faxxaff.net.

Me spamming? hahahaha .... did you see my sig?

Your are the registered owner and administrator of that domain. I am sure if you call opensrs they may have you fax something on a letterhead or send a copy of your drivers license to prove who you are but they should resolve this.

I have been through this before with opensrs back when I trusted prohosters and had everything registered through them due to I wasn't only a customer but an employee too.

Ask for a manager at opensrs I am sure they can help you out from expierience.

once it's unlocked move it to another registrar.
