Im not even sure myself to be honost with you but, i used to drink it like 10 years ago and now the supermarkets don't seem to carry it anymore.

Carob Milk

Categories: Non-Alcoholic Beverages

Ingredients:
0.50 c SOYBASE
0.25 c Cashews
1.00 ts Vanilla
3.00 tb Carob powder
3.00 tb SWEETENER
0.25 ts Salt
0.50 c Water
2.50 c Additional water

Directions:
BLEND smooth all but additional water. When smooth add remaining water.

carob is a chocolate 'subsititute', but more to the point, a great tasting alternative that's so much better.
