And last I checked, paycom wasn't doing quality checks signing up for sites and then crediting themselves back after 5 days of use. Nor would they use a real credit card right? Am I crazy here?

Don't they have "house cards" to check this kind of thing if it was for a quality check?

That was pretty much my question answered. I am pretty sure epoch is not there, close but not there....looks to me like it was accessed privates and CREDITED back from someone from a home address...

I'll wait on an Epoch response. I hope that is not the case, becuase it is very unprofessional if it is.
