Escrow transaction question

i did a transaction via escrow .
now we are at step 4 - 3
IES REVIEWS TERMS
but i cant find what that means ....
Maybe soebody of you guys know what it means ?
its the last step before they pay me and i can really use it .

What that means is that escrow is getting ready to pay you.
