What you want however is alittle too good to be true, but I'll send you some prices on some similar things.

What operating system do you need on the server and are there any other software or hardware requirements that you must have with this server? It might be hard to get a Dual Xeon for that amount, but once we know exactly what you need, we will see what we can do for you.
