Anyone use BigHip or know a service like it?
 

Hello there
I am getting a decent amount of failed join emails. I mean they fill out the first part of the form but do not complete the transaction. I do not know anything about mailing and DO NOT want to piss off any of my customers. I am looking for something that I can use to send a discount or free offer to the customers who did not complete the purchase.


From the looks of http://www.bighip.com it looks like they can handle all this for me. I am just curious if anyone has used them and how were your results.

i use bighip, they rock and highly recommend it.. they are white listed and the program is very easy to use with great results...
