I need someone to manage my unmanaged server at managed.com

My site has started to see lots of activity lately and I dont know shit about server management. Here's the reply from managed.com support:

Your httpd.conf and my.cnf looks default. If you have a popular site, it's time for you to start optimizing and tweaking those files. One thing I already see that you should do is make the amount for MaxKeepAliveRequests higher. Please read up on tweaking apache and mysql as we do not provide support with third party software.
    Thank you.

So if you can help me, my icq is 159-997-876
    I can pay by epassporte
I'll rock the cam biz again soon...

If your site uses mysql that is going to be the problem cpanel comes with NO optimization for the mysql. I can point you to some directions on how to do it, but I dont have icq.. You use aim?

I can optimize without a lame ass control panel

This is just the beginning of your problems. If you can't manage the server yourself, then you are at the wrong host. You need to be with a good quality fully managed host and not some asshats like managed.com that are anything But managed
Like Tony said above, cpanel is lame and for total noobs that don't have a good host.

Good luck to you with your upcoming future hosting problems.
