When members of your Paysite have problems with video feeds?
When certain members get an error saying "You are not allowed to view this content" when they click on video feeds, what is causing their browsers to prompt this error message.
Is it a browser incompatibility, Media player version, Streaming Codec problem etc.. What is the best reply/advice to give them. I know my plug-ins are working perfectly well because I use pluginfeeds and almost all the members never have problems. But there is always one or two occasional members with this problem. Thoughts folks???????? |
I think it depends on there browser and what codecs they have installed. We only get poopy e-mails from mac users with 5 year old systems.

This is the 1st email we send if any members have probs...
Hi There must be something amiss on your machine as no other members are having problems and its working fine for me. If you have any security software such as Norton firewall, Zone alarm or similar security/ad blocking software, turn them off and try again. Also make sure your cookies are enabled. Make sure you are not bookmarking the members area and always login from the main domain, enter your user/pass and then try the feeds again. Regards. |
