Can some one tell me about this program?

What's the difference for example between going to the hun at http://www.thehun.net/submit/

vs.

Using Chameleon???

If I've got a specific url gallery i.e. domain.com/gallery/girls.html
will Chameleon submit the url??? And again why use it vs. going to a submit page???
