Mr Juicys lesson on customer service......
This guy ordered a book from me and sent me this:
I believe I have received someone else's order. What I ordered: Sams Teach Yourself Html 4 in 24 Hours [Paperback] by Oliver, Dick [Book] $9.90 What I received: One set of 100 clear polished vinyl flips and one fabric sample? Please send the correct order ASAP. If you would like me to return the item you sent me, please enclose a stamped self-addressed mailer (jiffy lite #3). Then he gave me bad feedback rating so I sent him this: >Sir, > >We never shipped you >"One set of 100 clear polished vinyl flips and one fabric sample? >"........... >we have no clue what the hell that is.. >Try reading the return address .... >we deal in books not fabrics >but anyone with a half of brain would have realized that.... >READ THE RETURN ADDRESS > >Thank you for your terrible feedback without even emailing us. >Your order is already en route. >on the way...Please be patient...... >Your order was shipped on 15th....... >We have notified Amazon and requested you and your cc info be blacklisted >for fraudulent feedback..... > >We have notified other sellers of your ways so they will avoid doing >business with you.... Then he sent me this: Well I believe I have more than half a brain because the RETURN ADDRESS IS >> >> >> >>If that is not your address, you have my apology. >>Maybe there is someone out there who is mailing strange items in your name >>eh? >> >>As to your response to my email, you have a lot to learn about public >>relations. >>My feedback was factual not inflamatory. I did receive the wrong item from >>someone at DBJ Media. I considered it an honest mistake, not an insult. >>You don't need to get bent out of shape over it. >> >>Thanks for the good deal on the book by the way. As soon as I receive it I >>will be sure to give you the rating you deserve. Then i sent him this : >Dave, > >Please accept out appologizes for the previous email written by one of our >employees. > >I would highly advise you throw out that package because it did not come >from our office. > >We shipped your order on the 15th I believe. Please check the postmark and >tell us where it was postmarked... This is very strange because fabrics we >do not deal with... Now the guy is provb having a heart attack: The package was postmarked nov. 16 and was sent from Plainview NY There is also a stamp on it that says: Received in Damaged Condition Rewrap section NJI & CMC So Contry Road Jersey City, New Jersey Should I be concerned about the contents of this package? You have me worried now. Some good customer service...Juicy Style [This message has been edited by juicylinks (edited 11-29-2001).] |
