I Want To Buy A Content Management System

What is the best route to go for this if you have a large amount of traffic on a video and picture site?

This will be a free site, and I want to have banner rotation, and management of my video and picture archives. Something like consumptionjunction has.

Custom would probably be best. If you want a couple programmers, let me know and I'll point you to some.

SIG TOO SMALL! Maximum 1200x600 button and no more than 30 text lines of ALL SIZES and COLORS. Unless your sig is for a GFY top banner sponsor, then you may use a 6240x4800 instead of a 1024x800.

anything out there for a simple site perhaps? say for a smallish paysite that only adds new video content once a week, any "off the shelf" content-management solution that i should look at? not really interested in getting a custom job for this simple need..
