I always say: "I build pornographic websites".

So do a couple non-adult sites for someone, tell them they now owe you their souls, and give out those urls when asked. Simple enough.

Or just tell them you're in adult... what's the big deal? Are you ashamed of it or soemthing?

Yep, I've done both...depends on who I'm talking to. Most of my friends know etc., but if it comes up in casual conversation with someone I've just met, I usually don't mention it...you never know when you'll meet some repressed Catholic who will end up stalking you LOL.

Seriously, the easiest way is to make some glam non-adult thing and use it as a cover if you need one. Not a big deal.
