verotel stats fucked - just me?
 

CTR stats have been "down for maintenance" for about 4 days now. wtf.

Everyone else getting this error or is it just me?

Verotel is fucked.
Wanna include them as an affiliate pay.processor, but still wondering.

Wonder when they'll come up with some decent BackPost Office.

fuck, I was having record sales days too, and as soon as this problem started my signups seemed to take a dive as well ... hope it's not related. There are traffic reasons that could explain for the dip in sales, but this seems much more dramatic than i'd expect.

on another note, got their email about the huge server upgrade but signup pages still seem pretty slow. hmmm ...

I have a love-hate relationship with these guys.

I went to www.celebsunzipped.net today to test my link, and the join page led to an error page from Verotel.

hmm that's fucked. my ticketsclub join page is working, maybe a syntax problem on your pre-join page?

Verotel Management

My Verotel join pages have been coming up fine without any disruptions.

They claim to have done a major upgrade to their network - I have NOT noticed any improvement in the TicketsClub form load.

Has anyone seen improved loading time?

I have had my best two days ever since the new server upgrade, but still can't access my stats. The join pages are loading much faster though, and that means more sales... :winkwink:

Sales were incredible today after a few days of being lower than average.

The join pages do seem to be loading a tad faster now...

Are you guys on the Verotel Pro setup or TicketsClub? I think it's time for me to upgrade.

Verotel Pro service absolutely rocks, great sales across the board usually... TicketsClub i wouldn't really think is appropriate for anything but 'micro-sites', that do very little volume..

I'm Verotel Pro. I have always felt their servers were poor but with this latest upgrade there is a definate improvement. Sales are firing... :thumbsup

I'm Ticketsclub and the last two days have been record sales for me. The page loads faster now too. About 5 days ago I was getting an error message on the ticketclub signup page though. So there were no sales for about a day and a half while that was down. but everything seems A-OK now.
