When did you bought your first house?

For me it is almost time to get the key to my second house. Yeah i already made it to two houses, but every time it is a special moment. Both of the houses are total new and custom build. Actualy the second one is a very large appartment In a small complex that is build in a large park with other appartment complex. Much to do, to get it ready.

So when did you bought your first house.

I got my first one in 1989, a 80' bungalow... My second one in 1996 (an English Cottage), I build it myself, hehe.. and still living in it... the next one will be at our retirement, we guy my inlaws house in palm beach in Florida.. Yeah, no more flights for internext summer ... LOL

btw I am 41 ;)

Yeah i forgot about the age part. I am 25 so it is early to buy house here in europe. And i need a second house because i travel between two countries. My wife is from a different country. So she still want to see her family and friends and all and i wish to do the same. So now we are traveling from one place to the other.

I got my first house last year, together with my brother (and partner in crime). Comfortable enough, 3 roooms, 3 bathrooms, kitchen, dinning room, living room, small backyard where we have some fun with the built-in grill (gotta have the brazilian BBQ). Of course we also got the big ass guetto shower for hot summer days!

Pretty much it.

BTW, I'm 25 and brother is 23.

renovated it, and bought a 2 flat edwardian on fell, SF

renovated it, and bought a huge 2 flat on mcallister, SF

renovated it, and bought 6 units on webster, SF

etc etc.

never lived in a house until 1990. always bought owner occupied units, better leverage.

Now i live in Hawaii so fuck it all!
