I've been using them since October of 2000 and they have been really good to me so far. Are they perfect? No. But they have been courteous, prompt and reliable so I'll keep using them as long as they provide the same level of service I have recieved to date.

I've been using them for well on a year.. Since just after they launched.
There were lots of complaints about them in their first few months (this will probably be what Planet Bob is referring to), but this was due to the fact that they grew extremly fast because of their great rates. They simply couldn't handle the growth rate and suffered several major teething problems.

However, these problems are long gone (although there was a small mail and mysql issue earlier this week while they were moving their network - but problems like these are rare). Support is second to none (live IRC support 24/7, Ticketing system, ICQ, mail), and their rates are still great.

I'd move all my domains over if I didn't believe in not putting all my eggs in one basket

Thay're wonderful people out there and service has been great of late. Best thing is you can always get their staff on IRC at any time of the day (or night) and get immediate help. I've even seeb them help out with stuff like setting up cgi scripts etc for newbies, which they are not required to. You can get them on chat here -
