how many pay per sign up programs shave

is it better to go pps or partnership...

This might be a newbie question so i apprecaite the responses...

but the big one is CEN stay away from them mofos..

ARS even shaves but to me it the most legit so i would go with ARS if they offer the sponsor you are looking for but if you live in brazil dont bother they think that brizillians are cheeters.

ahh programs that shaves is never really proven,,, off course you have alot of finger point and assumptions,, but one person or even a particular groups lower ratios doesn't really mean they are shaving,, too many factors can be involved,,

but i bet in the overall stats as a whole from a sponser,, its prolly the same daily

Test a few programs and work out the best place to send your traffic.
