Webcam Software / Programmer needed!
 

I have a client who wants to have a webcam community type site built. No billing per minute required. He is going to do a cheap monthly membership access, and then the inside will be like netmeeting.

I am looking for a user friendly cam software that the end user can easily download and broadcast on the website. no billing features needed.

If anyone has any suggestions I would appreciate it...

I am also open to out sourcing this job if someone has exerience with webcam software and can do some programming to hook it all up for me.

client is on a 20K budget but depending upon the software and how many licenses, custom work, etc.. I am sure we can work with that.

I own objectCube.com, we did the VOD software all most all the VOD sites out their, AEBN, Top bucks etc and now we are also working on WebCam software. We are working on a Flash based web cam software.Will have advance function as automatic langue translation etc.
