anybody into Gay Sites?
 

Ive been doing some thinking about getting into the Gaysite business.

Does anybody know if these types of sites convert better or worse than traditional types?

Im looking to do AVS, Freesites, and maybee a TGP in the near future. Im just not sure if I want to get into it. Traditional sites and galleries just dont seem promising anymore.

There is a guy who posts on this forum a lot by the name of Labret. I was given his name and heard that he does well with the gay niche. I was wondering if anybody knew how I could contact him. I dont want to be a "pain in the ass" and bother him too much. Maybee just a few quick questions.

I'm not sure if it's worth a detailed answer.... but here's some info:

The only gay site I have is a free site but it's always made money and gets alot of bookmarkers.

From what I've heard in the industry in the gay arena, when done properly, retention of paying members is quite a bit higher. If you want to learn more about operating gay websites you should go to http://www.gaywidewebmasters.com - Gary Allen has lots of FAQ and definitions of the terms referring to different types of gay traffic. So, if you're straight like I am, you'll learn quite a bit with some effort on your part.

You guys are too much LOL. I know what you are all thinking, but you are wrong. Im not your saviour Boneprone...Im Jesus. I am a friend of his, we met a few years ago down in Mexico durig an urban housing project. He's a cool guy and deserves the attention he gets. He's done a lot for the needy of Mexico.

As for me, Im just a carpenter looking to enter a new industry. You guys think TGP and galleryposting is dying...hell, try to work in the timber industry like I do!

So enough with the soap operas, can anybody tell me anything about Gaysites?
