Haha... dude this guy is a scammer... and he supposedly sold the domain yesterday or the day before that. I'd stear clear.

lmao i'm not a scammer, i've sold domains to many people on this board, including BDJUF..one of gfy top people, and everyone gets there things as promised, ebay guru did not buy anything.

the reason people are saying i'm not a good person or whatever the hell is cause i held a contest for a logo design for $50.00 (yes thats it, $50.00) but i didnt use any of the logos cause i scrapped the project (this was 2 years ago) and now they keep bringing the shit up, trying to ruin my rep, but i refuse to change my GFY name for a bunch of assholes...so whatever

and I've already had offers for this domain, from buyers who are not stupid enough to listen to assholes on GFY......but nothing that i was interested in.

Adultpublic.com = Less than 50 hits a month in type in traffic. (probably much less).

no there was NO WINNING LOGO, i was looking at logos that was on the board, thinking about what im gonna do with the whole idea and was fooling around with front page (which automatically uploads to the web) and i didnt know shit back then, so the picture uploaded to an "under construction page" and that was that, it never went past that...i scrapped the idea the SAME DAY cause i was a retard back then wondering what i was gonna do on the web...

i refuse to change my NICK for assholes, im not a scammer if i was i would of been changed it...

Bottom line, you hold a contest, you pay. Regardless if you decide to not use it later, people put hard work in with the idea of one winner being rewarded. Google did cache the winning logo, which meant you uploaded it and had it live on the web.

As for your domain adultpublic.com, this was formerly owned by a big time scammer before being dropped, how fitting. Its blacklisted everywhere and is essentially worthless to the adult market, make sure you do your homework next time. Take $30 for it and run.

This sounds exactly right.
Once you announced the "contest," you were committed to awarding the $50.

If NOBODY submitted a logo, then you could have ended the offer without awarding the $50 (in accordance with the terms of the contest).

Once the FIRST logo was submitted to you for this contest, you were obligated (legally and morally) to paying out the prize money.

Compounding this fantastically bizarre logic (of not paying because you decided not to use the winning logo) is the simple fact that it was only $50.

Because it was only a $50 prize (and you still refused to award the prize as offered) you should be doubly ashamed of yourself.


If you were smart, you would send that $50 to the person who submitted the winning logo and apologize for taking 2 years too long. Then maybe you could sleep better at night.
