Maybe he should have asked more specifically. I'm unclear on the answer. Is the content exclusive as in:

1. Yes we sent a guy down there to shoot it just for us, nobody else has access to it, we have the mini DV tapes and edited and encoded it all on our bankroll.

or

2. Yes it is a DVD (or similar medium) we bought the content rights for and just uploaded it.

or

3. It is not exclusive.

I ask because I know I have seen it before it seems. Gotta do some digging cause its good content. Nice site by the way. Should convert really well!

Why is that not outlined in your 2257? Or is it?

I was going to sign up, but I like to do my homework before I do. I figure the companies that we decide to push on the side have to be up to par with their 2257 at a minimum. If they get popped by the Feds then I am pretty sure that I won't be getting a check from you if they sieze accounts.

Its a nice site, I really think it could do well with some of the other things I am pushing. Just doing my homework, thats all.

So, is it outlined there, am I missing it somehow?

I checked this link, but for a program the notable size of yours, you would think there would be many many more listed, is there a master list for all of it that I just don't have the link for?

So according to this, you answered my first of two questions:

My assumption is that, you would be a distributer then, and not a producer of this exclusive content.
