its making it a pain in the ass for the people registering from outside of the US.... for example.. it would be nice to have a list of requirements.... and i've been hearing rumors that you can't just use an incorporation company with a registered agent the company supplies.. but you actually need a physical presense in the united states whos willing to give their SSN numer... if this was the case wouldn't there be an incorporating company who does this?
