Given a raw .avi file .....
 

Given a raw avi what would be the best program to use to export screencaps of it?

Currently i've been looking at Adobe premier Pro 1.6 ... Not sure it cuts the mustard

I use premiere pro, export as a bitmap, de-interlace and crop in photoshop, and ta-da, all set.
