              It means... there is no such thing as "Chinese", it's Mandarin or Cantonese. And a few other less known ones that are used mostly in rural areas.

              It's hard enough at ask where the bathroom is in any of those, let alone read the shit. Sorry.

                I am learning Mandarin at the moment but haven't seen that character before. My Chinese teacher is offline right now but I will ask her and post it later if you haven't figured it out by then

                If it's Mandarin it ain't "fou" according to my online translator anyhow
