You guys have done it again.

I was quoted an unbelievably low number for some cartoon work and then sent 4 mock ups for my logo.

Thank you so much Gene for looking after me. Every time I ask you for something it exceeds my expectations.

so if i put an order in for 2 cartoon character logos, when would you be able to get to it? i like those mockups a lot.

For toon work, mockups can be sent to you 1 to 2 days after your descriptions. You make the selection of which mockup to develop, then 1 to 2 days later you get your completed toon. Also depends on when you place the order--add 1 extra day or two if you place it on the weekend.

Brad, pls check your email for the full developed version, we will have a black background version for your site shortly. Everything's the same as the fully developed version except for the background color. You'll get .PSD as well.

Brad stop lying !!! ICQ me and tell me your experience with WebmasterLabor and let me share mine with you.

Pls don't badmouth us with clients, Brujah. The reason you are upset is because we have explained to you that we don't do free test orders nor do we take orders without payment up front. We never had any projects with you because we only start projects if you pay up front. While it's unfortunate that we chose not to work on your proposed projects, it is not grounds for you to try to damage our name on the boards.

Gene rocks... he's the ONLY outsourcing company that i've had positive experiences with.

Gene, Brad is an old friend. Don't lie about me. Never at any time have I ever said anything about ANYTHING free. You are flat out LYING because I've corrected this assumption of yours NUMEROUS times. You persist because you're trying to paint a different story, that is not accurate.

I really am trying to understand your end of the story. You came to us with a proposal for a project to do for you. We don't act on it after explaining the payment situation. Then you get on netpon.d and badrap us, now you get on here to bad rap us. Did we take money from you? No. Did we have an agreement to do work for you? No. Move on?

Brad is a good guy, he's a current client of ours and this thread was posted by him with NO provocation/suggestion/enticement from us. Just because you had a misunderstanding with us and now have a negative impression of our company does not mean that OUR ACTUAL CLIENTS would have the same negative impression.

No, Gene. There was no payment negotation. WebmasterLabor failed to respond to requests for payment information. I never, at any point, said that WebmasterLabor produced poor work. My only complaint was that WebmasterLabor and yourself, was very hard to deal with and severely lacking with communication to get a project started. Additionally, I also only stated that if anyone had a deadline to meet for a project that WebmasterLabor would likely be a poor choice because in my experience it has been laborious and very slow in getting anything out of them. I was never turned down for a project. I was never able to CLOSE the deal.

Gene is and always has been a stand up guy ever since he started posting here.

I have sent many clients his way and he has always stepped up to the plate for them.

I have never had a bad word to say about Gene and I am sure thats why he has outstayed many others who have long since been gone.

Okay, Brujah. We've closed and successfully delivered on a large number of labor, guerrilla traffic, and writing projects since our last contact. Our communications situation is working well for us to be able to facilitate this situation. While your communication experience with us may not have been to your liking, we have been able to communicate with clients just fine -- fine enough to deliver many projects for them. Regardless, we do value people's feedback and will make sure our current communications keep improving.
