kind of limiting yourself with the Vegas restriction

We know....but we just opened a second office/production center out here and we'd like to try and bring someone in house. Shooting a bunch of new stuff and when I shoot something I wanna be able to work closely with the editor so if anyone has any contacts I'd appreciate it... :thumbsup
