Just watch out their tech support has 30-60 minute hold times! It sucks!

Other than that its good.

where do you get unlimited phone service for $24.99...and that is including long distance and canada???

here, the basic line is $24.99....then with touch tone and other shit it is $32, and then you have to choose long distance which is about $0.05 a minute

flashfire 02-10-2005 04:20 PM

I dont think the 500 mins will do and the $29 plan isnt much for savings

TheSaint 02-10-2005 04:22 PM

Vonage all the way. In my area by the time you take a basic phone line, add unlimited long distance, call waiting, voice mail, etc. its closer to $50.00 a month and verizon wanted $350.00 to install a business line in one of my offices.

For $25/month you can't beat vonage.

flashfire 02-10-2005 04:29 PM

well I dont call long distance so it isnt much of a savings....and my internet goes down ounce in a while

flashfire 02-10-2005 04:31 PM

the deal I see is $34.99

Jace 02-10-2005 04:32 PM

they must have it filtered by IP

vonage unlimited everything is only $24.99 here http://www.vonage.com/products_premium.php

ya I'm in canada so the rate is higher

GatorB 02-10-2005 04:36 PM

I'd get Vonage but they don't have a local number. Hell they don't have any #'s in my area code. yeah i know I don't have to have a local #, but people in my town that need to call me shouldn't have to pay long distance charges to call me. Packet 8 is the only one that has #s in my town, but they don't have 911 service in my state.
