HBO does not sue for show names. They always brand on the slash: hbo.com/unscripted

Check sopranos.com

Check sixfeetunder.com

etc.

They only sue for violations on their name...ie hbo-fun.com

It's getting between 5-10 a day. Nothing worth writing home about.
