Didnt take long for this to arrive to combat yesterdays discussion. Now it is the other way round. Although in the UK these two girls are of legal age.

A TEACHER had a threesome with two teenage girl pupils who had just finished their GCSEs, a court heard yesterday.

David James, 31, invited the pair, aged 16 and 17, to his home after they exchanged filthy webcam pictures.

Following the romp, the music master began regular sex sessions with one of the pupils, which she let him video.

Bachelor James even followed the girl on a family holiday to Spain where they met for secret romps.

The teacher also had webcam sex with a THIRD girl pupil, the court was told.

Eventually, rumours flew around his school and police launched an investigation. They found 80 porn pictures and films featuring all three girls on his home computer.

James was yesterday jailed for 20 months at Cardiff Crown Court ? and ordered to register as a sex offender for ten years.

The teacher admitted six counts of abusing a position of trust and one of sexual activity with a child by a person in position of trust.

James started seducing the two girls as they studied for GCSEs. He then asked them to bare their breasts after a concert to mark the end of exams.

The girls did ? and later sent him topless pictures by computer.

James responded with pictures of himself naked. He later invited them to his home in Pentwyn, Cardiff, where he photographed them topless.
James then took them to bed and had sex with both.

Prosecutor Tom Crowther said: ?He would have been twice their age and was still their music teacher.? Michael Mather-Lees, defending, said all the girls had consented to sex.

Judge Christopher Llewellyn-Jones told James: ?It?s difficult to imagine a graver breach of trust than for a teacher to engage in sexual activity with those in their charge.?

James was also banned from working with children for life.

im confused, i thought the age of consent here was 16 - sure its morally wrong for him to abuse his position like that, but if the girls were consenting i dont see why he should be jailed for 20 months.

That confused me as well. He was jailed for abusind a position of trust. Being their teacher he shouldnt be making videos them having a threesum.
