Newsflash: NK may have nukes, but they don't have the means to deliver it to the US
 

They dont have ICBMs, and even if they do, they few that they can launch would be easily intercepted. And of course no nuclear subs either.

Only a massive nuke attack can get thru (the one that russia can put together)

All they have to do is lay one of those things up on an Aircraft carrier, army base or just lob it into South Korea. The point is that that they can make a mess of things.

All they have to do is smuggle it into the US inside a container, or just put it on a ship and explode it off the coast of say, New York.
