delete it all again, and delete it from the prefetch directory also. Scan for it in the registry and remove all instances of it.

c:/windows/prefetch (delete it all if you have to)

Try running regedit and removing all entries you can find connected with this shit (try searching by the file name, Windows process name etc.)

I have tried every browser hijack removal software, adware, malware, and trojan removers on the market and none of them work.

I did try that and the same thing happened. I even installed the Microsoft Beta Adware program and it would find the hijack so I would delete it. Immediately after I would run the scan again and it would find it again. Unfuckingbelievable!!!

i have a friend of mine that just had this problem & he called me to help, the only thing i could think of was to reformat. he cant even get into his "Control Panel" lol
