I'll never give out legal advice. not my expertise. but in my case, I made sure to use the domains in commerce, slap on ? symbol on each of my domains asap. see www.official.com for quick example. I even use it on my ppc landing page: see http://www.companionship.com/ and look at the webpage title. there are other steps to take, but be sure to consult your attorney.
