As you know, we received your film for developing.

Snapfish.com follows the guidelines of the Photo Marketing Association in determining whether to print or reprint certain images. In addition, we have our own guidelines contained in the Terms and Conditions of Snapfish Service.

Based on those standards, we could not print some or all of your order as the subject matter is outside our content guidelines. We have also removed the pictures from our web site.

We are sure this was not an intentional violation of our guidelines on your part. However, repeated instances of submission of images that are inappropriate could lead to termination of your account.
