One of the few multi-vitamins I found that are not either horse pills or that have everything except iron (I already have to take an iron supplement and you can get sick if you take to much of it).

Men don't need extra iron. Dietary iron is usually more than enough.

I would recommend Mega Men from GNC. They're always one of the top rated vitamins and they're affordable.
