The best vitamin is "DAILY ONE CAPS" with iron, made buy Twinlab organic and good for you. You can get it at Great earth or whole foods. You'll see the difference in your energy and you wont get sick often.

Men don't need extra iron. Dietary iron is usually more than enough.
