Got Some Ibill News !!!
First Data progress continues to move forward. iBill and First Data attorneys are currently working through the settlement offer. The initial settlement will consist of approximately 1 week of processing in addition to Visa reserves. We expect the settlement offer to be completed and executed very soon. Payout will take place via ACH or Wire only. We have already built out the web interface to allow clients to log in and verify their banking details and payout amount.
EU Payout iBill will be moving forward with a segregated payout model. Under this model, ECB/ICC will be funding an account managed by 3rd party trustee Inteca. Monies will no longer be managed by iBill. This segregated payout will ensure all payouts occur on time and in full. EU payout for past monies owed is expected to begin early next week. The payout will take place over several payout dates with the expectation to be completely caught up by month?s end, reserves included. This will allow iBill to begin paying out on the segregated payout beginning on the 3/5 check date. US Payout Check Date 2/15 for gkard transactions is expected to go out on time as scheduled. We will be communicating shortly on past due payments for check dates 1/1, 1/15, 2/1. The expectation is to have these payouts caught up by month?s end. We are currently working with our Board of Directors to confirm this information. We are also moving towards setting up a segregated payout for US payouts as well. This segregated payout would be managed by a 3rd party trustee. Monies would no longer flow through or be managed by iBill. This segregated payout will ensure all payouts occur on time and in full. Revshare Payout We continue to work on ways to determine the most appropriate means to settling revshare obligations. More information to follow shortly. |
sounds good, but lets seem them follow through, I've had enough of their crap
|
segregated RACIST seperate payouts..
IN US this just means there only paying new GCARD SIGN UPS ? WHAT ABOUT ALL THOSE FUCKING REBILLS THEY HAVE BEEN DOING! |
hmmmmmmmmm
|
Um, so they won't pay me by check? How stupid
|
I'll believe it when I see it.

I would not believe a single word. According to their November statements, every should had been caught up by December 1st and we all know what really happened. 2 1/2 months of constant lying, that's all.
|
Assuming for a mythical moment this information is in any way reliable... :-)
Who the fuck is Inteca??? (Yea.. I do know, but the relevance is unknown) What part of it is "owned" or where Luis Molina has friends?? This is all crap and parrott words as usual - "moving forward". The only two things that matter right now are: 1) Where is the money stuffed into the bin since October 2004?, and.. 2) When is everyone being paid in full? Moving forward with iBill is not a consideration. |
what exactly is their reason for falling behind on payments anyway? I'd think if they have been billing the money, they'd have the money to pay. Are they just going to pull a theft manuever stockpiling cash and planning on declaring bankruptcy?
I haven't really heard the story. Anyone know? |
BTW... What is the source of the information in your post Busty?
|

ditto. they owe me a ton of $ and they won't go back on my join pages until i am paid in FULL. |

Where is this info coming from?

Anything is possible :-) The last major or known fraud by those close to the principals of iBill was for $400million. How they expected to pull that one off - who knows? But.. there have been other close shaves since then as well. On the background - It's a long story, but bascially involves Marc Bell, Luis Molina and Jason Galanis attempting to generate assets for PHSL (Penthouse owners) by purchasing iBill for nothing and taking on their debts. There was paper shuffling on January 21st with IBD (where Molina has a 50% holding) and IBD are now in bed with iBill. Molina and Gallanis have been charged with accounting fraud by the SEC where it is claimed they forged Bob Guccione's signature. iBill is .. overall, a corp that has been grossly mis-managed, lost all credibilty with banks and has a habit of lying/acting to the level that this has become fraud. |

Sorry, I can't say the source yet, but it's not my fantasy. Call me naive but I believe they gonna pay. |

If anyone actually believes this garbage , they are foolish. From start to finish the statement from ibill is like a guide how to string along suckers. Imagine if your boss came to you and said , "I lost a bunch of money because im a retard so im not going to be paying your for a few months , and im giving your money to some company i just made up , and they will handle your checks from now on so you can ask them where your money is". You would punch him straight in the nose. Complete and utter nonsense. If theres any REAL money floating around at ibill then sue them and get your money now. Theres no way a real business could actually fulfill the promises they have made in the position they are in. end of story |
i think jane-busty works for ibill and is here to string suckers along a little farther

OK Jane then - Busty was a compliment, but suppose that depends on whether male or female :winkwink: To be honest.. the staff at iBill have no clue what is happening. They may think they have - but nada. A number have "disappeared" simply cos they don't like the lying. Unless the source of this info came from behind closed doors and a meeting with Molina, Galanis, Bell and - maybe they would even allow Kathy Beardsley to attend - it has no cred. Sure they will pay... just wait for the drip feeding to webmasters :-) There is reason for this and these are... more than transparent. |

Agree :thumbsup If that is correct.. hell.. who cares about iBill? Any reputation is screwed already. It's more about salvaging what is left and recovering any funds that may exist. |
Jane-Busty.pl:
BTW.. Was GFY the "testing out" ground to see how webmasters may respond to the next lying "update"?? If so... don't waste any more time on it. Try getting your act together and paying instead. The verbal about setting up new fund-handling models is just another excuse for delays - same as a new "web interface". You already know who needs paying - they don't need a "new interface". |
I see it's useless to post something for some of You.
All You can do is sitting and throwing shit on somebody who has huge troubless. I'm here with tons of unpaid $$$ as same as You are. I'm looking for any kind of good or bad news every simple day also. After I got something really important and share it with You all I get back is "Jane works for Ibill". I'm really sorry for some of You. |
Why doesn't somebody just drive a stake through the heart of iBill and be done with it.
Those guys are NEVER going to payout the money they owe everyone and even the iBill cheer squad must have realised that because they have become somewhat muted lately - thank God. Perhaps it's time to face reality and kill all those memberships that iBill have been rebilling for you but no paying. That will drop a huge charge-back bomb in iBills lap. Of course that will also cause problems with individual paysite's chargeback ratios but that is going to come when iBill crashes anyway so it's probably better to get it over and done with now rather than later. At the moment iBill are using what we provide to make money for themselves and the only people getting hurt are us. Isn't it time we fixed that problem? |

It is 100% useless posting anonymous claims to have great news on iBill. You are talking about a fraudulent corp who has broken agreements on serveral occasions and who still can't even keep to their own suggestion of "promissory notes" and more which I ain't saying here. *All* of iBill's "troubles" are of their own making (btw.. these are the words of a judge - not just me). Today is lying day on the CMI - rehash some other bullshit quick and get it up there - and try to do this before the close of biz. I get tired of lawyers meetings for review at 7pm. |
ibill motto = i believe it when i see it......
therefore.......i see nothing (no $$$ still) so i dare someone to believe it |

WTF has that to do with some anonymous post claiming to contain the unannouced plans of iBill? I'd be relying on the single girl models in some sites we operate to advise on the boardroom antics of iBill next? Gimme a break! :-) |
Merchant accounts would have come in handy for people I suspect.
|
This was a nice read but it was unfortunately not what was announced today.
I've had a few people comment to me that no one will see a dime until the First Data issue is settled, and that may be late March. Care to out your source Jane? |

there is a new IBILL NEWS thread EVERY_DAY on GFY....what makes us believe your new thread that has absolutely no validity? and then when we ask your source you pull the anonymous shit....makes me think they have you so roped along and behind them that they convinced you to post something like this to test the waters....and they sit and read this board to see what the reaction is I didn't use ibill, i am not owed any money from them....but if I was I sure as hell wouldn't be a rumour monger on a message board...I would be hiring an attorney and shutting the fuck up about it in public |
The CMI news is basically just a change of dates, as usual.
Busty.pl still uses Ibill. Was amazed a few weeks ago when I looked up their site. I let rebills go with Ibill, NO NEW SIGNUPS... would have to be crazy to allow signups with them. |
"moving forward"
"moving forward" "moving forward" "moving forward" "moving forward" "moving forward" "moving forward" "moving forward" "moving forward" "moving forward" "moving forward" "moving forward" "moving forward" "moving forward" "moving forward" "moving forward" "moving forward" "moving forward" "moving forward" "moving forward" "moving forward" "moving forward" "moving forward" "moving forward" "moving forward" "moving forward" |
I killed all the rebills and refunded the last month's payment to all of my subscribers. If I don't see the money, sure as hell iBill won't either.
Now they are flooding the new processor :) |

But a week or so ago, somebody had a thread about one of your busty models first singing single or cd. I checked it out, surfed and clicked and ended up on a revenue sharer with Ibill... So probably I am a liar ( not lier ) just for the fucking fun of it. BTW, Ines Cudna is one of your models ???? Look atr the revenuye sharer program at : http://www.inescudna.com/ You will see IBILL as biller .... Anyway, have a nice life... in paranoia. :321GFY |

I don't think your source is very good.. If ibill was really sitting on such positive news, they would post it in the CMI
but instead today they basically just posted more of the same. |
Did you see this on one of the Russian BBS's Jane? I know that the person who is supposed to have written this posts on those quite a bit.

Email Inteca and ask. The bit about the ECB/ICC seems like BS tho. There would be advantages to using a trustee like Inteca so that part seems somewhat plausible. Ibill may be somehow required to use a trustee by their banks at this point, who knows. It really seems like BS overall. If this is a hoax it's a pretty shameful act on the part of the poster seeing as so many have so much at stake. |
bump to find out if there was any truth to this or was it just made up crap?
|
*yawn* :2 cents:
|
LQQKs like a Crap Dream!!!
|
Why are monies being handled by a third party? No processing company I've ever heard of has done that.... :Oh crap
