In honor of black history month

http://story.news.yahoo.com/news?tmp...w_riding_pants

passed a bill Tuesday authorizing a $50 fine for anyone who displays his or her underpants in a "lewd or indecent manner."

"...the measure was an unconstitutional attack on young blacks that would force parents to take off work to accompany their children to court just for making a fashion statement."

My favorite part of the whole short article is the fact that they feel the need to mention that both guys fighting for and against this bill... ARE BLACK!

" Spruill and Howell, also a Democrat, are both black."

THANK GOD!!! I'm so glad that was mentioned. I like to know what color my politicians are. They couldn't say, "both men were wearing light blue shirts and red ties." They couldn't say "both men wore glasses." They couldn't say, "both politicians were men." Nope. Both are black. It's ok if "THEY" want to fight about this... they're black.

Man fuck black history month. The sooner we do away with BET, Black History month, NAACP the better. All they do is support racial segregation.

it's lewd and indecent if the person is gross

In all fairness I don't know why people who wear their trousers so low bother in the first, just forget the pants all together and go around in boxers. Would save alot of hassle.

What about hot chicks in low-rise jeans showing off their thongs? That's still o.k., right? Please tell me that's still legal.

But it looks so stupid! Shouldn't against the law though!! Don't they have more important things to debate about?

Have you ever been to Virginia? This IS the more important thing to debate about. It's a very laid back place. Most people just go on about their business. If politicians din' create dumb shit like this... they'd all be out of work.

They should make a law making it illegal to create more laws
