Wondering if your domain can be deleted by your registrar? Who decides? Should a registrar be judge, jury and executioner?

very important domain thread to read regarding registrar's rights to delete domain names. Actual registrar's (Moniker/Monte, domainnamesystems/Gord, namecheap/Rich) battling out... even Rick/Webfather chimed in!
