does epoch send denial e-mails like ccbill does
 

or only join e-mails.... I have epoch up first in the cascade but got a few ccbill sales today and no e-mail from epoch saying they tried or not... but I always get join e-maild from epoch.. and both from ccbill?

I dont think they do. Not last time I had a active epoch account anyways.
